Initial work for T-Mobile was in the Enterprise Engineering and IT organization providing consulting services and project management for deployment of major corporate initiatives in New Products and Engineering Infrastructure. Ability to think strategically, consider what is best for the business and solve strategic business objectives while keeping tactical teams engaged, focused and motivated. Nominated twice for T-Mobile’s highest award, PEAK. Winner of the PEAK Award (top 1% of highest performers in T-Mobile) for Q2 2008. Selected for the Leadership Excellence Pilot Program (29 out of 46,000 employees chosen). Participants spent 12 months in intensive studies in small teams with the Harvard Business School curriculum.
§ Management and coordination of the architectural upgrade or the Ericsson Charging platform for T-Mobile Engineering; including integration of internally developed applications and changes to base code for incorporation of the Ericsson software platform that encompasses the charging for wireless services on all prepaid, postpaid accounts.
§ Hired by Corporate Real Estate group responsible for all corporate real estate application support, project management, business analysis and reporting on 10 million sq. ft. portfolio with 44,000 cell sites, 1,506 Corporate Retail Stores, 93 Offices, 63 Warehouses, 84 Switches and 21 Call Centers.
§ Create reporting architecture for 9 separate systems in order to provide real time analytics for strategic decision making.
§ Set strategy for IT roadmap for Corporate Real Estate. Build both team of people and systems for efficient operational superiority.
